Monthly rate $3,000.00 per month. With First and Last due at siging as well as a $1,000.00 cleaning deposit $1,000.00. $150.00 background check. All utilities must be in renters name. No charge for furniture, maple tree or apple harvest. Owner keeps small unit in basement.
